When to write to us
- Suggesting a tool: tell us which task you would like to solve and with what kind of files.
- Reporting a bug: tell us the tool, your browser and its version, your operating system, the approximate file size, what you expected and what happened.
- Privacy questions or requests about your data, as explained in the privacy policy.
- Collaborations, press or anything else.
- An inappropriate ad: tell us which page you saw it on and when, and we will look into it and ask for it to be blocked if appropriate.
How long we take to reply
We usually reply within two to five business days. This is a small project, so in busy periods it may take a little longer.
Before you write
Please do not attach private documents or passwords: we do not need them to help you. If a tool fails with a file, describe the problem, with its type and approximate size, without sending it.
Because your files never reach us, we cannot recover, open or repair a specific file.
