By using Koliby you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who operates the site

Koliby is operated by Willian Diaz, a natural person based in Medellín, Colombia. For anything related to the site or these terms, you can write to info@koliby.app.

The service

Koliby offers free tools that run in your browser, such as merging PDF files or converting MOV videos to MP4, and we will keep adding more. No account is needed. The service is funded by advertising.

We may change, suspend or withdraw tools or features at any time, with or without notice.

Provided as is, without warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors, that it is fit for a particular purpose, or that the result is accurate or compatible with every program and device.

Because the work is done in your browser and on your equipment, very large files may take a long time or fail, depending on the memory and capabilities of your device.

The tools read your files and create a new one; they do not modify the original. Even so, always keep your originals until you have checked that the result is correct.

Your files and your rights over them

Your files are yours. We do not receive them, and we claim no rights over them or over the result.

You are solely responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to process the files you use, including copyright, confidentiality obligations and the protection of any third-party personal data they contain.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully. In particular, you may not:

• process content that is illegal or that infringes the rights of others;
• use the tools to get around protection measures on documents you have no right to open or modify;
• try to breach the security of the site, interfere with its operation or overload it with abusive automated access;
• present the site, its texts or its brand as your own.

Advertising and third-party services

The site shows ads and uses third-party services such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense. We do not control the ads or the sites they link to, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. How data is handled in these services is explained in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The design, texts, name, logo and own code of Koliby belong to its owner and may not be copied or reused without permission. Some tools use open-source libraries, which keep their own licenses.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koliby and its owner are not liable for direct or indirect damages, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or its output.

Nothing above limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited, including any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and your use of the site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from them or from the use of the site falls under the competent courts of Medellín, Colombia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.

Changes to the terms

We may modify these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated version.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force.
